About WLF’s Legal Studies Division
Successfully advocating for a legal and regulatory environment that fosters free enterprise requires the timely dissemination and steady reinforcement of compelling arguments and ideas to those lawyers and jurists who shape the law. In 1986, WLF established its Legal Studies Division to deliver such well-informed critiques and principled analyses to key decision makers in a variety of publication formats.
Unlike a traditional “think tank” that supports a stable of in-house scholars, WLF solicits scores of independent legal professionals to author our publications on a pro-bono basis. This allows WLF to tap relevant expertise and focus our resources on putting these intellectual tools in the right hands.
If you have an interest in authoring a publication for WLF, or are working with attorneys or other legal professionals to identify publishing opportunities for them, please email glammi@wlf.org to discuss your idea.
