Allyson N. Ho

Allyson is co-chair of Gibson Dunn’s Appellate and Constitutional Law practice group and a partner in the firm’s Dallas office. She’s presented over 100 arguments in courts across the country, including multiple state supreme court, federal en banc court, and U.S. Supreme Court arguments. She served as law clerk to Justice Sandra Day O’Connor of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge Jacques Wiener of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Allyson is also a member of WLF's Legal Policy Advisory Board.

John M. Masslon II

John is Washington Legal Foundation's Senior Litigation Counsel. He joined WLF in 2020 after having served as Assistant Solicitor General for the State of West Virginia, where he regularly practiced before both state and federal appellate courts. He also clerked for judges on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

Lyle Roberts

Lyle is Co-Head of US Securities & Shareholder Litigation and a partner in the Washington, DC office of A&O Shearman. He represents companies, officers, and directors in securities cases and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement matters throughout the United States. He also conducts corporate internal investigations and counsels clients with respect to securities regulatory issues. Lyle is a frequent pro-bono contributor to WLF, having most recently authored our amicus brief at the certiorari and merits stages of a case before the Court this Term, Facebook, Inc. v. Amalgamated Bank.

Aaron Streett

Aaron chairs Baker Botts' Supreme Court and Constitutional Law Practice and is a partner in the firm's Houston, TX office. He has presented oral argument in the U.S. Supreme Court, two en banc circuit courts, the Texas Supreme Court, and various federal and state appellate courts across the country. Aaron served as a law clerk to the Honorable David B. Sentelle of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and to the Honorable William H. Rehnquist, Chief Justice of the United States.
