Bernard Nash

Mr. Nash is a Member of Cozen O'Connor where he serves as Co-Chair of the firm's State Attorneys General practice area. He has cultivated an unsurpassed understanding of the State Attorneys General world over his 50-plus years of practice. Mr. Nash advises clients on how to successfully navigate and manage AG scrutiny and oversight in investigations, settlements, and litigation. He has represented some of the largest and most significant national and international companies, including Fortune 50 companies, across a wide range of industries such as financial services, telecommunications, technology and software, retail, energy, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and agriculture.

Milton A. Marquis

Mr. Marquis is a Member of Cozen O'Connor. He represents large companies in connection with matters involving, or having the potential to involve, State Attorneys General and other enforcement agencies across the United States. He previously served as senior counsel to the assistant attorney general for antitrust, U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), where he served as the Antitrust Division’s first liaison to state attorneys general. Prior to his service at DOJ, Mr. Marquis served as an antitrust and consumer protection litigator in the offices of the attorneys general of Massachusetts and Virginia.

Mira E. Baylson

Ms. Baylson is a Member of Cozen O'Connor. She has broad knowledge of, and familiarity with, state attorneys general (AGs) offices and other government agencies, which she brings to bear when advising corporate and individual clients on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues, particularly related to intersection of civil and criminal government enforcement. A seasoned trial attorney, equally effective in state and federal court with several successful jury trials under her belt, Ms. Baylson has been named one of Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyers Rising Stars. Earlier in her career, she worked as a public defender in Philadelphia and tried more than 100 cases to verdict.
