- Dukes v. Wal-Mart
On September 24, 2010, WLF filed a brief in the U.S. Supreme Court urging it to review the Ninth Circuit’s decision to uphold the certification of a massive class action against retailer Wal-Mart. The suit was filed by a small number of female Wal-Mart employees who claim that the company denied them equal pay and opportunities for promotion.
