Law Clerk

Washington Legal Foundation (WLF), the nation’s leading free-market, public-interest law firm, seeks a part-time law clerk in our Dupont Circle headquarters (recent law school graduates and second or third-year law students only). Duties include legal research and writing, cite-checking, proofreading, and assisting in preparing briefs and submitting regulatory comments. Top 25% and law journal strongly preferred. Public Affairs Assistant

Washington Legal Foundation, the nation’s premier free-market, public-interest law firm and policy center, seeks a part-time employee starting in May 2017 to help with office management in its Dupont Circle headquarters. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing the front desk and reception area, answering phone calls, mailing nationally distributed legal policy publications, and performing other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be available at least 24 hours/week, including Mondays and Fridays. Pay commensurate with experience. Knowledge of Raiser's Edge database software is a plus.
